On May 13-14, 2024, Prof. Ulrike Grote, PD Dr. Trung Thanh Nguyen and Mr. Manh Hung Do, all from the Leibniz University Hannover (LUH), visited the Ubon Ratchathani University (UBU) in Thailand, to discuss with Prof. Tuantong Jutagate, the new Vice President, Prof. Narintorn Boonbrahm, Dean, and Adj. Nopporn Tantisirin, Lecturer, about the implementation of the next survey of 2,200 households in three provinces in rural Thailand still in 2024. The Ubon Ratchathani University is a long-term partner of TVSEP and has already conducted nine waves of the rural household survey in the past. We are looking forward to a continued fruitful cooperation with UBU.
