Krisztina Kis-Katos and Ute Rink organized the conference which included 54 in person and about 30 online participants, two keynotes and a panel discussion on the “Prospects and challenges of long-term panels”. Beyond participants affiliated to German universities, international participants came from Australia (U Queensland), Canada (U Saskatchewan, Wilfried Lauriel U), France (U Sorbonne), Spain (U Autònoma de Barcelona), Thailand (TDRI, Kasetsart U, Ubon Ratchathani U), UK (U Manchester, U Cambridge), and USA (Cornell U). Moreover, best past publications were showcased and best research prizes were awarded. Sabine Liebenehm (photo 1) received the Best Paper Award at the International TVSEP Conference in Göttingen. The easing of travel restrictions also made it possible for five colleagues from Thailand to participate in presence in the international TVSEP conference and a face-to-face coordination meeting between the Thai and the German partners took place.
